The Cat® Machine Security System (MSS) utilises unique identification number on designated security keys. The system's electronic control module checks the key being inserted against a pre-approved list of keys you have authorised.

If the key is on the list, the equipment can be started and operated. If the key is not on the list, the equipment cannot be started.

Programmable

Program MSS for active and inactive periods, including standard working hours where an ordinary key may be used.

Master Key

Program a single key to operate any piece of equipment in your fleet.

Expiry Settings

Program Security Keys to expire, preventing access after a set amount of time.

Easy Integration
